Hi there! I sure can! I eat about 2800 calories, and this is what it looks like:

Breakfast:

- 3/4 cup oatmeal made with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 11/2 banana and fruit

Morning snack:

- Apple and either a protein bar or a muesli bar

Lunch:

- 4 slices of toast with 1/2 Avocado, 2 or 3 eggs scramble and 1 tbsp of chocolate peanut butter

Afternoon Snack:

- Hot chocolate drink

- Biscuits

Dinner:

- Rice with Tofu and Fish and Broccoli

Dessert:

- 1-2 chocolate chip cookies/ 50g Chocolate

- Some kind of fruit

Nightsnack:

- More chocolate probably
